The chamber that holds these materials is very small so only about a pinch of each will fit inside. This necklace is made from 14k gold vermeil. Gold vermeil is a combination of sterling silver and 14k gold. Each gold vermeil pendant is carefully coated in 100 mg of pure 14k gold. This offers an almost indistinguishable look from 14k gold at a fraction of the cost. The pendants may be worn or displayed in a glass dome. Easily seals with a threaded stopper screw. This beautiful piece of jewelry is created and designed by a professional jeweler. Our jewelers create each cremation pendant one at a time with a highest level of precision and detail possible. It is highly recommended to use the provided filling kit and glue to seal the pendant shut, even if you do not fill it with ashes or other materials. This is to prevent the loss of the threaded stopper screw over time. It is also recommended that the jewelry not be worn while bathing, sleeping or any other strenuous activity to prevent undue wear on the necklace.  Optional Engraving An optional engraving can be done in either a script or block style font. Engraving can be up to 3 lines with up to 11 characters per line. Engraving will be done on back of the pendant.
