The Ornate Cross Book Plaque OnlyThis plaque is designed to enhance the presentation of the Ornate Cross Book Cremation Urn Series. This includes the Small Ornate Cross Book Cremation Urn – Engravable (PM17078), Medium Ornate Cross Book Cremation Urn – Engravable (PM17079), and the Large Ornate Cross Book Cremation Urn – Engravable (PM17080). The plaques are made from a durable resin and comes with a pre-applied industrial adhesive tape. These plaques are offered exclusively from Perfect Memorials and have a lifetime warranty. Urns are sold separately from the plaques. Simple MountingThe back of the plaque is lined with 3Mฎ VHBฎ tape (Very High Bond). This clear acrylic tape allows you to easily attach the plaque to the urn vault without the use of glue. Simply peel the tape liner off and gently press the plaque to the urn vault for a permanent bond. Engraving OptionsEngraving can be done in either a script or block style font. Engraving can be up to 5 lines, 40 characters per line. An optional poem may also be engraved. (See poem choices below) Poem option not available on small plaque.
